"The original scope of the project agreed to was to replace the existing damaged hardware for the black-out curtains in the classroom section of our local genealogy library in Burbank. David was very flexible about scheduling the work on the one day of the week that the library is closed to patrons. Once he arrived (5 minutes early!) and assessed the situation, he told me that all we really needed was to repair the existing installation. He completed the work quickly and efficiently. We ended up paying half of the original quote due to the reduced scope. As a non-profit organization, this was very much appreciated! Considering the punctuality, honesty, and all-around professionalism demonstrated, I would not hesitate to recommend Castle Draperies."

He came out and measured the sliding doors and made suggestions for a valance that would complement my furnishings. He determined the amount of yardage I would need, and when the window coverings were hung, he had been so accurate that there was scarcely enough leftover fabric to make a small pillow. " The owner did initial measure, and then didn't hear much from them.  I had to chase them for communication and an install date.  Prior to fabricating, they sent another tech to measure again, and somehow he measured wrong, so that when they came to install, only the door shutters could be done.  They re-measured and came out a week later to finally install the window.  The work is well done, and the shutters are lovely.  Just was a bit confusing getting there.  Good people, but mine was a small job and may have not been on their radar as much as a larger job.  Still, they were honest, polite, and I would use them again based on quality and price alone!"
